Some of those who contract measles had vaccinations. Vaccines can't cover every strain. So we inject a soup of chemicals into young human body that wasn't made to handle it. Vaccines aren't just dead virii anymore like they used to be.

Disease epidemics wax and wane. Polio started decreasing before the vaccine was introduced. We don't vaccinate for bubonic plague and when was the last major out break of that?

(And yes, my kids are vaccinated. Our first kid was vaccinated per recommendations and was later diagnosed with PDD-NOS. Other kids were vaccinated on an alternative schedule and have no developmental deficits.)

I'm not anti-vax. But the idea that vaccines are harmless and thus everybody should take whatever their supposed to is also unwise.
