A pipeline seems to be the only economically reasonable means to transport water from Humbolt County to other places.

If you Westerners want to do that, fine. Just don't get any ideas about piping Great Lakes water to the Southwest.

Great Lakes water:
Keep it here
Keep it clear
It only goes out
In cans of beer
