SC&MB Bridge Grand Opening Ceremony

I saw the invite for the bridge re-opening ceremony tomorrow, but other than refreshments being served I am not sure what the activities are? Ribbon cutting? Are they going to poise a train on the bridge? Rides across the bridge?
