The RTC contacted me and said it will be a bridge completion ceremony and not a ribbon cutting ceremony. SC&MB will provide their two F9's along with a dome car and open table car to pose on the bridge. No unauthorized personnel will be permitted on the bridge due to liability and FRA regulations. SC&MB personal washed the F9's yesterday and they will look handsome for photographs on the bridge.
