Were all the Santa Fe CF7s given anglar cabs? Have heard a few still had round cabs at the end but haven't seen any real proof of that yet. In 9/74 LAJ Ry stopped using their ALCOs & Santa FE let them use their CF&s out of the LA pool. They were all round cabs, In 1986 they got their four 2563, 2568, 2571 & 2619 which had angular cabs. 2619 the oldest, out lasted them all. 2568 was the first one to get perted out. LAJ started using Santa FE MK1200Gs by 1994 to replace the aging CF7s. The latest locos are RCLs from BNSF. So now there's only one engineer position w/ conductors running the rest of the trains.
