Recently saw current photos of Neverland in a magazine in my lawyers office, place is pretty run down and will require a significant investment to be "saved". If they are really going to save the thing they are gonna have to put quite a bit into it. As far as I can see, the only profitable part of Neverland would be to bulldoze the thing and subdivide it. Given the current values of California property (down 30% since October) I think they are nuts, will never turn it in time to make anything. I think the whole outfit is goofy.
