SMART Laying Track Around Hamilton Field and St Vincents

Here are images of the new tracks and subgrade from Hamilton down to St. Vincent's. Major progress being made here.

That's the Main Gate Rd and pedestrian bridges over the tracks.

The concrete foudnation along the tracks was probably the site of the old Dewitt station, Hamilton's station stop pre-WWII. In olden days, the base was served by a cut that ran into the base to the right of this foudnation. All filled in now, although the bridge over the cut remains.

Livestock Culvert. There is another one south of St. Vincent's, filled with about 6 foot of water right now!
