Does anyone have more information on the new departure yard being built next to Desert Yard, in Oakland CA?
A news article, unsurprisingly, gives litle real info: [www.insidebayarea.com]

Just curious on who will use the new facility and possible impacts on traffic out this way. We can always hope for more trains!
