WWR had stored tankers on their Chehalis-area ROW at least once previously that I know of, having seen them while driving I-5 to and from JBLM. On that occasion, it turned out that at least some of them were liquefied natural gas (LNG) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tankers. These should be labeled by name for LPG or LNG transport.
