Notice that the 703 does not have a brake cylinder on the center wheelset of each truck. The model ACL 1005 does have this brake cylinder. Also, pretty good bet that the 703 is quite different electrically than what it came from EMD with in 1965 and it probably has 645 power packs in the engine. Still, 703 looks pretty sharp for 50 years old!
