My dollar-two ninety eight:
1) I detest giving short shrift to volunteers who put in a lot of sweat equity.
2) I don't see any other realistically viable future for GGRM's equipment than to merge with PLA.
3) PLA has it's own set of drawbacks with or without the GGRM stuff
4) GGRM went from doing some amazing things, in addition to the 2472, to essentially nothing in a matter of months (granted, the were kicked out of Hunter's Point, a situation over which they had no control).
5) I don't know enough of the principals involved in either organization nor the details of what's been going on behind the scenes, so all I offer is my opinions. However, I will say this: if egotism prevails, the equipment will suffer big-time.
