More Sidings on Coast?

BOB 2 says they have opened up more sidings on the Coast [I assume the Salinas and Santa Barbara Subs?], but where, which ones? I believe Honda and Surf are still out of service and Concpecion maybe. I have not heard trains use any of these three sidings in a very long time. Maybe up north things are different.
