Last I had seen online was that they had dug trenches across both sides of the road used to access the hill near the Walong Siding swtich where most sit at which is on UP property. They also had concrete ties on the other side of these trenches.

Both aspects certainly make taking an RV onto that hill pretty slim to none.

I would suggest just staying off the property.
