I would have expected it to be the "Monrovia Shop" or "Monrovia Maintenance Yard" - or be named after some politician as commonly happens in SF. "Campus" does seem to be a bit overdone for what is clearly a heavy industrial site - hope the buffers around it are big enough to keep the noise/light/etc. complaints down to a dull roar. Tech companies like the term, though, because their employees are largely young and just out of some college somewhere.
