I seem to have read some explanations already above.
Did you not see them, or just choose to ignore them?

bother to engage anyone on the subject, then go home
and start slinging accusations via the internet rather
than in person?

No doubt there need to be improvements in how funds
are accounted for, but that doesn't automatically
translate into personal theft. Unless you can prove
otherwise, of course.
