Here's the real-world problem with that: Judges might
not hold a grudge, but they have long memories. If they
can get this before another judge, it goes to trial,
and the railroad loses, that is a major embarrasment
to the first judge.
The lawyers, having other cases that have nothing to
do with this one or the railroad in general, will
eventually be before that judge again.
Do you think she will cut them any slack?
