This article is from 2010 and is referring to the SCBT&P tracks not the branch line. As you know the SCBT&P has regular service, however this does not deter the bums. The SCBT is in the unfortunate postion of being an almost direct straight line connection between a catholic soup kitchen, a homeless services center and the forest where they camp and shoot up/procure.
