BNSF GP60s' go North

Second set(2)of BNSF of Red&Silver GP60's came North on the Oregon Trunk yesterday,these are the ones that are used in L.A.area. Alot of them are going north to the Spokane Wa.. I wonder what the reson is for this and whats replaced them down there?
