I think most any of us who have worked for a large bureaucratic corporation are aware of the
FUMU (@#$%& up, move up) principle, leaving a swath of destruction behind. And we are also aware of the SUMP suck up move up principle, particularly if the one moving up has the negatives from the compsny xmas party, so to speak. KRK has a point.
