Los Angeles Junction Ry has conductor run RCLs & only one engineer position. But they are owned by BNSF. They can't use LAJ as a good example for one man crews since the maximum authorized speed is 10 MPH & there's no real mainline running either. The whole RR fits in a 2 mile by 5 mile area.
