On the heels in passing Greenhouse gas and CO2 gas legislation, the California Legistalture is formulating a Bill to set up the "California Teleporter to Transport Things Instead of a Rational Transportaion Plan for a Better Environment Commission".

An unidentified legistative assistant said on the condition anonimity that even though there are not now the technologies to do these things, that they should be investigated so that icky things like repairing roads and helping to facilitate more efficient railroad ROWs will continue to not be done. Due to the importance of the post the Commisioners will receive One Million Dollars a meeting and must be legislators due to be term limited out of office.
