That one photo shows Dempel trespassing on the NWP right=of-way!

The deformed leaves could also be from Dempel himself or an ag contractor hired by Dempel to spray the vineyards with fertilizer. The spray tanks may not have been properly washed from a prior spraying operation. It could be that NWP is completely in the clear on this, but we'll have to wait for test results to verify the cause.

Also, how about a lack of irrigation during the spring and summer months?
