Even though the incumbents won this election, they would be wise to be alarmed at how many votes the challengers received. Each side had three candidates. The incumbents won with 57% of the votes to the challenger's 43%. There were 1,554 total ballots cast, which seems odd for an organization that has had less than 1,000 members for several years now. But I digress. There seems to still be quite a large group of pissed off members. The current regime would be fools if they tried to retaliate against those who voted against them. This is a small group of people as it is. Declaring war on paying members and running them off would be disasterous in the long run.
