But it was a Metrolink decision to replace the original Bombariers after Chatsworth, not NTSB, right? Aren't Bombardier style cab cars in service still with several other operators? What would be the obstacle to putting the Bombardier cars back in service on Metrolink if the Rotem design flaw was so severe that they were almost taken out of service?
