Savage RR Unit at CEECO freshly painted

Driving by CEECO last 2 nites have seen a locomotive freshly painted with Savage on the side mark: SVGR of SVGX Sorry didnt have a cam or paper to write down the unit number.
Kind of a teal green/blue I guess.

Anyone know where this RR is located? or is it private industry locomotive?
