Many years ago (back in the old SP REVIEW magazine days) a subsciber sent me a copy of his father's report of the Chualar incident. His father was the first CHP officer to arrive on the scene. I haven't read the report in about 20 years, but I do remember the officer was pretty shaken up by what he found.
