Anyone know what UP is doing near O.T. Junction? Are they removing the connector to BNSF's Oregon Trunk Sub? Does UP use the OT Line at all any more? I thought the Bend Local stopped running years ago, but is the line now coming up? Lots of work right in that area of the Celilio Drawbridge in last few days, and signal from UP to Oregon Trunk line is turned sideways....
