I support CHSR, even though:

The drought has lowered the amount of money the state gets from ag and other water related sources.

As we have witnessed, we can get sudden quick downpours (which are not being captured and would not help quench the drought much) which wipe out infrastructure. Then there are the levees which he has in the past has said are a disaster waiting to happen.

The outrageous pension payouts will be coming due.

He has mentioned in passing that population is a factor, yet supports the introduction of millions of poor people.

Put in place energy/climate laws which discourage taxpaying industries.

Etc, etc.

BECAUSE I ENJOY WATCHING TRAIN WRECKS!
