well it appears, that richards, kopp and diridon are all delusional, when
the intended manufacturers of your product, tell you that your pipe dream is
all smoke, one would assume, that the leaders, would stop and think about
their fantasy, not charge blindly into the future, and leave the forth coming
generations stuck with a permanent liability, but of course between that bald
@#$%& in sacramento, and his socal friends, all they are interested in, is
scamming the public, while they load their pockets, with pub funds, has anyone
even though of where the water is going to come from to support this massive
urban sprawl project, another peripheral canal, as spelled out in the recent
props 1a & 1b, the problem, is what happens in future droughts, which average
10-15 years apart, forget that 20 year pipe dream, this whole scheme is simply
about opening up the antalope valley and the southern san joaquin for urbanization
