Even if no major track maintenance or repair/replacement projects had been scheduled between now and June, the trip would still go forward with no real problems since 3751 can go wherever the P42s and F59s used on the regular passenger/commuter trains can. Like I said earlier, this has been in planning for over four years, so SBRHS certainly would have taken track conditions (which weren't that bad to begin with) into account as part of the planning process.
