If PB "just love(s) fix plant" explain why PB is involved in bus rapid transit studies which have much less fixed plant than conventional rail transit systems?
These firms absolutely must care less about maintenance or aesthetics because during planning studies, such firms have to develop operations and maintenance costs and aesthetic impacts is one of the factors which have to be considered in a National Environmental Policy Act review.
