Interesting that one got all the way to Oakland - long way from home.

Also interesting (way down in the article) that the rebuilt GP40 has *less* TE than a rebuilt GP38?

Wonder, considering that this looks like nearly a frame-up rebuild, what EPA emissions Tier they end up at. These are all presumably Tier 0, at best, going into the shop. Are they Tier 2 or 3 coming out?
