New East Portland Connector

The track and signal work appears to be finished on the new connector between the former SP Brooklyn Sub and the UP Graham Line at East Portland.

I don't know for sure if it's in service yet, but I have seen UP running westbound stack and mixed freight trains again on the Graham Line in the past week, so I suspect these could be intermodals going into the ramp at Brooklyn Yard or the regular MHKRV manifest.
