The Good ole UP was citated by the FRA this week in Illnois, for having a Mgr of Operations
on board a train that didn't know the Territory and only had UP timetable with him to assist in "piloting" a train crew over Territory to pick up some MOW cars and haul back at
25 mph in CTC territory. The MOP for UPRR was from Springfield,Illnois and had a very caliver attitude about the whole thing. FRA violated UPRR for section 240.231 of the Code of Federal Regs.

Go get em' FRA...yeah right, How much will UP pay off the FRA for this one?
