Passenger delays nb from Oceanside

Sounds like there was a temporary line closure north (Westbound) from Oceanside. Is this because of high surf at San Clemente? Can someone confirm?
As of 7:30 am Metrolink #603 crew is assembling all four morning consists into one train and has yet to go to Oceanside. Amtrak #763 is just arrived Oceanside. Some/all passengers were bustituted from Solona Beach. Metrolink #803 turned at San Clemente.
