If that is a Ford dealer across the street from the station, my dad would have delivered new cars and trucks there. He drove out, of Richmond Ca. during the "30 s and after WWII.

I know he did go to Firebaugh, and talked about breaking down and not wanting to get under rig because of big tarantulas..!!!
