Ok, I see where you're coming from. You've been waiting a long time, nothing's happened, you're angry. I hear you. I don't blame you for being upset, disappointed, and even bitter.

First, as to records of meeting. The report on the title stuff can be found at the bikewalk website. Do you have that report did you read it?

Second, no minutes were taken at the meeting. It was not recorded. The IJ article sums things up pretty well, but the more important info. is in the report at the website as directed.

So to sum up, the county invested money in doing the property analysis and the geotech study. The property analysis took some time because no one wanted to do it. I have no idea why. Read the website narrative. The geotech happens early next year. Then will come time to decide whether to move forward with the project, or not.

Homework: read the report, look over the old report from 10 years ago about the geotech issues, and look forward to the geotech study.
