The first which came to mind is the Altoona Curve, a farm team for the Pittsburgh Pirates, is named for the nearby Horseshoe Curve. It's main logo features a railroader:

There are 30+ other sports teams with rail-related names, primarily in the Northeast, South, Midwest and Canada:
