Every attempt to keep it on the Yolo was made. The owners and the railroad management could not work it out. It received new tubes and flues and lateral hub bearings without even being fired once before going back on the block. That was more than 15 years ago so the boiler work would have to be done again to bring it back up to FRA compliance.
