Time to plan a trip to Corvallis

I'm going to risk the ire of those who are unable to attend Winterail in Oregon by asking for a little insight on what to see going there and back. It will be straight up I-5 from CA on Friday and back on Sunday, so railfanning will probably be mostly an exercise in roster shots. My questions concern the following--

CORP: Weed, Medford, Roseburg, Eugene; where does power lay over these days, and when do jobs run? In Roseburg, is power found downtown, at the new yard outside (north?) of town, or both?

Portland & Western: I assume power is found in Eugene and Albany. Any insight?

Albany & Eastern: I understand power is based in Albany and Lebanon. Anywhere else?

Coos Bay Rail Link: Does any power lay over in Eugene, and if so, when and where?

White City: I think it's called Rogue Valley Terminal now. Anything to see?

Haven't been up that way in over 20 years, so I greatly appreciate any information.
