First time ... mechanical doping (electric motor hidden in bicycle):

Seems like you can't win, or even place or show, in a bicycle race without cheating in some way. The drug and similar rider-doping scandals are pretty much routine, and mostly now detectable, so somebody had to try fiddling the bike itself.
