More UP on BNSF

Last Friday (5/9), while dropping off a load of recycling in NW Portland, I passed by BNSF's Willbridge Yard along NW St. Helens Road. I had noticed an outbound manifest freight waiting to depart, and was very surprised to see all Union Pacific power (two SD70Ms) leading it.

Does anyone know if this was actually a UP train, or a BNSF train with borrowed power?
