Looking at Google, the line from the wye out to the pier ends at the (cooling?) ponds for the power plant; beyond the ponds, it's just r/w no tracks. Otherwise, except for lots of weeds and the need for scuba gear in the subway it looks surprisingly intact even as far east as the power plant property. Of course, you need to do some spelunking and find out when the Google picture was taken; possibly not very recently.
