Sat. March 5, what time does it fully open to the public? 12:01am??

I read somewhere that rides are free on the entire Gold Line beginning at 11:00am, but that makes me wonder if service will actually start at 11:00am on the extension?

I'll be happy to pay for a ride, well before the crowds arrive at 11:00am for their free rides.


I would like to know what "time" the extension officially opens.
