As far as captions, here is what Ray said ...
"I have no idea when and where the IER photos were taken. There are a total of 65 in the lot. "


Also, Ray forwarded a 6 page PDF that has photos combined with text. Since I don't have a host available to display/download PDFs in that format, I converted the PDF to 6 images.
