And just go down to Fairfield and notice the large river allowed to flow freely to the sea in the
name of some fish and maybe some boat traffic to Sacramento (which could be done without) and yes
the salt water intrusion is an issue but the state sends a lot of water straight to the ocean
without consideration of any alternatives,
