Doesn't Biagi Bros also own the Bronco facility on the Tidewater Southern at French Camp? Anyway,
the real issue is to where and to whom and that's becoming interesting. If the thing ever get's
built there will be an LTL unload facility on the BNSF Ennis sub at Surprise, Arizona. This will
be privately owned and handle the breakdown and loading of LTL shipments in various cars, sorta
intermodal without the trailers. One of the bugaboos of rail shipments other than bulk is that
very few people have sidings anymore and the TOFC thing somewhat supplanted that. But, now with
these LTL facilities (sorta like REA for box freight) maybe the truckers will finally get some
real competition.
