Actually the costs are going up due to the artificial constraints (aka increased, some might say PUNITIVE, regulations) put into place by those who think by doing so they are reducing the change in global climate at some nondescript point in the future ...... whatever that means. So much for quantitative science.
I hope to God we have a revolution in this country, because too much stupid has infiltrated into too many institutions, to the point where it's no longer correctable.
