I'm sure some of the local guys (?nscale Mike) would give better uptodate info, but we have been visiting this line for some 15 years on trips over the pond and traffic has always been dire. Typically 4/6 trains in a day light session from 8.00 to 18.00. The best was Easter 2007, one day around Jean/Erie/Sloan yielded 8 trains, all eastbound bar one. Two days latter around Moapa 4 trains, 2 in each direction. One trip to Afton in way back in 1995 produced one westbound all day, worth the wait, ex-works UP SD60 (small cab) with an equally clean DRGW SD40 T2 on a mixed. Hope this helps, Harold.
