The last remains of the "Garden City" (boilers, engine, paddlewheel hubs) lie in the mud along the tracks at Eckley Pier, just east of Crockett. It and the "Solano" are easily seen from passing Amtrak trains. Since Eckley Pier is a county park, you can walk within a few feet of what's left of the "Garden City." Also, the "Santa Rosa" is moored in San Francisco near the Ferry Building, serving as the offices for Hornblower Cruises.
